Our Pot of Gold Rainbow Mini Skein Yarn Pack consists of five mini skeins of 2 Ply / Lace Weight pure merino wool:

1 x 20 gram mini skein in emerald green

1 x 20 gram mini skein in sapphire blue

Each skein has been individually dyed and can be used on its own or in combination to create an item as bright and varied as your imagination.
Our 2 Ply / Lace Weight Pure Merino Yarn is a super strong yet soft lace yarn that can be used to make wraps, shawls, gloves, and other intricate or flowing garments. It can also be held with other yarns to create different textures and colourways.

Our 4 Ply / Fingering Weight Pure Merino Yarn is silky soft with a gorgeous drape making it perfect for use in shawls, scarves, and cowls, as well as in socks, baby clothes, and other lighter-weight garments and accessories.

Our 8 Ply / DK Weight Pure Merino Yarn is sturdy yet flexible and oh so soft, making it ideal for use in heavier jumpers, blankets, cosy beanies and hats, and thick socks.
Fibre: 100% Pure Merino Wool (22.0 Micron).

Unit Weight: Approx. 20 grams per mini skein for a total of 100 grams per 5 mini skein pack.

Meterage: Approx. 115 metres (125 yards) per mini skein for a total of 575 metres (628 yards) per 5 mini skein pack.

Tension/Gauge: 28 - 36 stitches (knitting and crochet) over 10 cm (4 inches), depending on your needles/hook and project*.
