About Hobart Wool Co Hobart Wool Co was created by me, Anna, to provide high-quality wools and yarns for knitters and crocheters. Being Steiner-educated, I learned to knit as a five-year old, starting with finger knitting and moving on to traditional knitting and crochet by the later primary years. Through knitting, I learned attention and perseverance and I feel grateful to have experienced, at such a young age, the joy and achievement experienced by every knitter and crocheter when a work in progress becomes a finished garment.
